Smart Production Planning Model for T-Shirt Products at Raensa Convection

چکیده

The increasing stock condition of cotton combed 30s t-shirts causes Convection to require optimal production planning, influenced by demand, safety stock, and selling price. analysis forecasting demand for obtained a need 217 using the Multiplicative Decomposition method with MAD = 22.47 MAPE 0.17. Based on data 1 year, Safety Stock that must be maintained is 126 shirts/month or 3 shirts/week. defuzzification results are 369 81 fuzzy rules used. Master Production Planning (MPS) directs schedule carried out in January, scheduled 4th week December previous as many 123 shirts ended third Sunday January 92 maintain conditions meet consumer.
